HEARTbeats Foundation.  Alan is currently working with world renowned cellist Lynn Harrel and his wife violinist Helen Nightengale to produce an album benefiting Save The Children’s HEART Program.  Artsits include:  The Blind Boys of Alabama, Joan Baez, Ladymsith Black Mambazo, Jessye Norman, Christine Brewer, Lynn Harrell, Sting, Maroon 5,  and others.

Margaret Marston – alternative country artist who has had songs recorded by Bonnie Raitt, Les McCann, Paul Jackson Jr, and other greats.   She has sung on recordings for Tift Merritt’s Grammy-nominated album “Tambourine”, and Joe Cocker’s“Hymn For My Soul”.  Margaret’s first album will be released on Do Rite Records in 2012.

Táta Vega –Leading Gospel vocalist renowned for her work with Andrae Crouch. She was lead vocalist on many Grammy winning albums, as well as being the voice of Shug Avery in the Steven Spielberg’s “The Color Purple”. UPDATE: February 2012.  Táta continues to tour with Elton John.

Jazz – Les McCann. Alan represents the 60 album catalogue of jazz innovator and legend Les McCann.

2010 Les was featured at the Playboy Jazz festival and has toured domestically and internationally and was the headliner for the recent Monterey Jazz Festival. Mr. McCann’s music has been featured in TV, movies and has been sampled by over 50 Rap and Hip-Hop artists (see attached list).  Alan completed the acquisition deal with Rondor/Universal in 2002 for Les McCann’s publishing catalogue.
